As a Direct Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating these connections. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll interact directly with potential and current customers to deliver exceptional service and foster genuine relationships. 

What You’ll Do Daily:

  • Engage with customers one-on-one to introduce them to our clients' products and services.
  • Assist customers with product selection and enrollment in services tailored to their needs.
  • Explain and promote client offerings, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers, building lasting relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor as a brand representative.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and refine customer service strategies.
